Leonard Fidelis is the Founder and Director of the Mkuyu Guide School and the Mkuyu Ilenga Foundation. With over twenty years of professional training and experience working in the safari tourism and hospitality industry across Tanzania, he brings a wealth of bush knowledge and a genuine passion for environmental conservation to educating a new generation of guides. He continues his professional guiding practice, ensuring that he remains current with industry trends and maintains a strong professional network in the sector.
Moses Aureliano joined the Mkuyu Guide School as a Lead Instructor after a successful career in guiding. He started his training in accounting but was drawn to a life outdoors, and found his passion in helping clients experience Tanzania's wild places. He loves working with students to nurture their respect for nature and commitment to protecting it for future generations. He is a dedicated conservationist and continues to guide professionally, keeping his skills and knowledge sharp.
